• Monday 20 April 2026 OSC Receives Generous Sofa Donation Swaffield Out of School Care and the Swaffield team would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Furniture Story for their generous donation of a beautiful new sofa. This wonderful addition has already enhanced the warm, welcoming, “home-from-home” atmosphere of our setting. Most importantly, it has been a big hit with the children, who are thoroughly enjoying the new space to relax and unwind.

• Friday 6 March 2026 World Book Day It was great to see all the children dressed in pyjamas or book characters. The day began with a special assembly with Mrs Bennett, Y5 teacher and English Lead.
• Friday 27 February 2026 Y5 & Y6 Sing With National Opera Studio Swaffield School pupils in Years 5 and 6 welcomed 14 members of the National Opera Studio who ran a workshop with Y5 & Y6.

• Thursday 29 January 2026 Excellent Homework Projects The children excelled themselves with last term's homework projects - here's a selection from the Autumn Term. Homework are set by the teachers in Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 and pupils have until the end of term to complete their project before bringing it into school.
